Overall I really enjoyed that stylish and absolutely great hotel. Location: the property was close enough to the surrounding area, Modica has to offer, and the square. It also was in an authentic Sicilian old town. The staff was pretty friendly & very polite;)))

Great Location! A 10-minute walk from both train and bus stations, close to many best attractions and places to eat. The modern room was very comfortable and offered all facilities needed for a romantic escapade. I loved the friendly staff, always willing to offer advice and recommendations.

The stairs might be a problem for those traveling with large luggage. , there was limited space in the room, which might not be ideal for a longer stay.

During our romantic escape, we found this B&B to be a hidden gem in the heart of an Italian city. Our room was modern and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed for our stay. the location was perfect, putting us within walking distance of all the city's attractions. We especially enjoyed the helpful recommendations from the friendly receptionist, who pointed out the best local restaurants.

We found the lack of information about parking to be frustrating. It would have been helpful to have been directed to where we needed to purchase a parking pass, rather than having to figure it out on our own.
